yea i have. i love lunges. my favorite lower body exercise. i like the barbell with heavy weight even better than all the high reps going for miles (though i have never went a mile)

well its lookin good from your avi. things is still hot/humid down here. in fact now im getting ready to go workout in this rain and humidity. i like the cold weather just as well though

thanx. i do a lil sumthin like this: mon/thurs is chest,tri,quad. tues/fri is back and hams, and some bi once in a blue moon. wedn is abs. yea man thats cool that your keepin it natural. you know you could be in natural bodybuilding magazine if you win right? i just got the latest issue last week. but none of the teens i see in there match out to me and a select few of the people i compete aigainst. so i think at least.

im in the NPA or Natural Physique Association and i just did the 2009 GK Classic. took 2nd in my teen division. i wanted better since it was my last teen comp. but, maybe as a junoir. doin any shows?
