thatoneguy1990 yea bud, cutting back on drinking is a tough thing to do in college but I have been scaling back a lot. Used to binge and then some weekly. Now I believe I'm under 10 drinks a week. Drinking has been incredibly demotivating for me in the gym. You cut back on drinking as well?? Apr 29, 2012 1:25pm
