Coming on here daily and seen guys go hard day after day and seening what i need to work on and getting tips from all you guys.. but once i'm inside the gym it just me and my music ready to go all 12 round with the weights and i will win!

i workout mon-sat, but mywork out its difrrent from what alot of people do..i work my whole upper body one day then my lower body the next day but my abs is everyday no matter what and i run only on weds and sats
