Background

When I Started: Sep 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I started lifting weights when i was a freshmen in high school playing football.. once i start'd i couldnt stop.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Its just something about it it takes alot of stress off of you. when i'm in the gym my mind goes somewhere else it nothing but me and the weights....

"lift the pain"

Every morning  it's the same pain. the  pain of this body....these aches and strains- these limbs heavy and tired and sore. the pain of the neighbor, the barking dog the noise. every afternoon it's the same pain. the pain of this mind... the same bills, the boss, your girl's  constant complaints. it just never ends....the crushing burdens they drain you. every night  it's the same release. here the pain from that other life leaves, fade into the dark. in here it's my turn to inflict pain... mind clears. i 'm lifted up. this is transcendence.....this is animal. can you hande...
