When I Started: Aug, 2002
How I Started: My best friend Jeremiah got me into the gym and taught me the basics of lifting weights. Proper form and technique. I was a skinny little guy weighing in at 115lbs. Now I am bulked up to 165lbs.
Why I Love It: I am addicted to the rush I get from liftingl. I feel healthy and energized. Bodybuilding brings true balance to my life.
How I Stay Motivated: I entered my first show in June of 2007. I did well but I want to do even better next year. My motivation is imagining me winning my weight class in 2008.
BB Accomplishments: Hawaiian Islands NPC Open Men's Bantamweight 2nd Place winner, Hawaiian Islands Natural Novice 2nd Place winner
