I actually noticed a difference even without my stomach being empty. I didn't feel different, but when I started hitting the iron, it seemed like I was able to do more and I felt really solid.
Hey, I tried some of that Black Powder yesterday before going to the gym. A friend gave me some of his. The flavor was fruit punch. It tasted like chalk, but I had a hell of a session at the gym. Thanks for the tip...
