What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
proper sleep, nutrition, and mix up your routine once in a while and take more days off when your younger

I actually noticed a difference even without my stomach being empty. I didn't feel different, but when I started hitting the iron, it seemed like I was able to do more and I felt really solid.
