How I Started:
I started working out when I was 18. I was always skinny but fit.
Why I Love It:
It makes me fill good about myself. A sense of pride and accomplishment. I value my health very much. It's very important to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated my trying to get myself into better shape and continuing to eat healthy. I'm currently trying to put on more weight and muscle.
BB Accomplishments:
I've gained almost 30 pounds in the last year and a half. I still have more to go.

not much cardio if I was doing more I could lose so much more.. the program calls for 10 min warm up and 20 min after.. I always do the warm up but not always the 20 min.. hate cardio.. with me I've found though that its 90% diet so I just really have to start watching that.. :)
