when i started playng little league football i wanted to be more compettitive..so i started liftiing weights...and ever since then, ive never stopped know it takes nothing but dedication to see improvment so i wll never stop!
Why I Love It:
working out is almost like a stress reliever for me...and when im at the gym, i honestly forget about all my worries and focus on whats important to me, MY BODY! plus i love being in shape and staying athletic!
How I Stay Motivated:
i just keep the standards high. im not the type to give up on a goal or standard that is too hard to achieve...im just never satisfyed completly with my accomplishments so im alwayz working harder
hey bro, thanks for the kind words. basically i do abs 3 days per week (mon, we, fri) and my routine goes a lil something like this:
cable crunch - 4 x 15, hanging leg raise - 4 x 15, crunch on a hyperextension machine - 4 x 15 (when doing abs remember to get a full stretch and hold the contraction. hope this helps, hit me up if u need anything else bro.
Meh, maybe I'll like partying in college. Hanging out with my peers doesn't interest me much. I was over high school when I turned 15 and most of my friends chose to stick with being dirtbags.
1) I'm sick
2) I don't like to party much. Cheerleading is my life and it's basically all I ever do. I make an exception every now and again but it's my number one priority.
Allstar cheerleading. I just had a competition today, but I competed with a fever and basically ****ed up half of our mount because I was so damn dizzy and out of it that I was walking all over the place and had no idea where I was.
We still got first place and grand champions though. I cried tears of joy cause I was scared we'd get second and my team would hate me, ha.
People always asks me to move their heavy ass sculptures so my teacher is obsessed with talking about my muscles/strength. It's not like I could lift a car or anything!
lol, never, no way, i never skip the gym out of laziness, i'd feel so bad. im back now. i force myself to go and lift and do cardio even if i dont feel like it :D
