How I Started:
I got sick of being skinny. Physically fit is really cool but id rather get some lean mass. I have motivating friends as well.
Why I Love It:
I have more energy. Seeing improvements in lifting weight, and seeing how the gaining is working. Makes me pretty stoked.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at pics of myself before.

None yet, Noticing chest to get bigger and back to get stronger though.

Throughout middle school and high school I wasnt motivated to get big. Iv always been the funny tall skinny guy. "Hey you know Tim?" , "Is that the tall skinny guy?" I dont want to live like that anymore im going to take myself serious so people dont think im just a joke. Since I started doing light lifting and watching people and asking questions. Now im doing it right and dont think im going to stop lifting, even when I reach my goal of gaining weight im going to set myself more goals. Wish me luck!

Talk about motivating. This guys a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. His goals surpass anything that I could imagine. Especialy the one's he has reached. This right here is my goal. Im going to without a doubt remember this guy when I feel like having a lazy day.
