Background
I started training for some years ago, but sadly stopped. I stopped training for approxamently 5years. I started training again for little over one year ago. This time with no intentions of stopping. The problem the first time was i had no expertise and knowledge about training and nutrition. Now i really want to not just work out my self, but also help other people that suffers from obesity or just want to gain weight. My personal goal is to become a personal trainer whit speciality in nutrition for weight loss and weight gain.
I just love the feeling of working out and seeing that you can transform your body and image. I also love the feeling of helping others that don't know enough to help them self.
