How I Started:
I mainly played 2 sports in high school, football and basketball. My senior year I ran track but I was not much of a contender in that. Playing sports from a young age until the beginning of college showed me many ways to keep the body in shape.
After my senior year of high school football I decided to continue playing in college, I was around 160-165 pounds at this time and was looking to put on some weight to get ready for the next level. I bulked up to around 200 pounds by the beginning of my college career, much of which was not muscle but fat. I found out college football was not for me and left the team. This was the first time I ever quit a sport but my grades were struggling and I just did not have the motivation to continue playing.
After leaving the team I decided I wanted to slim back down. One of my high school coaches was a bodybuilder and he actually gave me a lifting routine and trained me for a while during the time that I was putting on weight. Since deciding to cut down I have been researching this site and getting a few pointers from him.

My consistency has been poor recently which his slowed down my results, but I plan on improving that weakness.

nice nice..I do the circuit for 3 sets on somedays and 4 on others, mixing it up often.
I train abs on m, t, thurs, friday.
