How I Started:
I was extremely overweight and my body was suffering the effects of it.
Why I Love It:
Well I usd to be a football player in high school and that was where I was initially introduced to working out
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a vision in my head of how I'd like to look and I am nowhere close to that vision.
BB Accomplishments:
So far I have lost over 100 pounds in the past year. I still have over 150 more to go.
