Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Me and my brother are both very competitive and have different training styles so we bring different elements to the workout and its always necessary to have a spotter
Oh man everyone, im trying to get in there and push big weight but its not easy when theres some shitty weather making you feel blah and no competitiveness due to my brothers 102 fever. He's getting better and I feel like im going through the motions but as long as i dont get any worse I should...
