How I Started:
I got started lifting weights a year after i broke my neck just to build my neck muscles back up. Then it just got addicting. a few years later i moved to florida and met my trainer who helped and guided me towards bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
It is a good stress relief and I love take and push my body beyond the breaking point. Its the only sport that "failing" produces success.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a competitive person by nature so all i need is the knowingness that is there is a bigger, stronger guy some where. Plus all the negative things that happen in my life i use as "fuel" to get me through thoughs tough workouts.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting on stage the first time ever. Placing better at each show.
3rd place-2009 NGA Olympus. Mens Middle weight
4th place-2009 NGA Can/Am Natural Bodybuilding Championships Mens Middle weight.
Getting certified as a personal trainer from the national gym association.

With so many hi-tech gagets out there promisiing results its no wonder. people are getting lazier. Sure company's want to and need to make money but at what costs. No matter what these gagets promise theres no substitution for the hard work and discipline it takes to change not only your body...
shoulder press-1 warm up set of 15
4 sets of 4-6 reps
squat press - 1 warm up set of 15 reps
1 set of 12-15 reps

Yeah I'm still training hard thanks :-) I've been following a program similar to chickentuna for a around 2 months now, its working well but think I may need to add some more leg exercises in as I'm still not happy with this butt. Thanks for the message and how are you?
yeaa thats awesome .. well u look great im sure ull do good.. i like all natural soo much better shows all hardwork .. im shooting for march.. but it depends if i loose 50 more pounds my nov. dec.. so well see in a couple months
BTW, planet fitness is on Sheridan drive. it used to be a worlds gym...i can still get into the worlds gym in hamburg with my membership to planet fitness tho.
I am doing a show in October, so its not for awhile...i have a ways to go yet. they havent even set a date, but im pretty sure tahts the only one in Buffalo this year after CAN/AM.
