I got started lifting weights a year after i broke my neck just to build my neck muscles back up. Then it just got addicting. a few years later i moved to florida and met my trainer who helped and guided me towards bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
It is a good stress relief and I love take and push my body beyond the breaking point. Its the only sport that "failing" produces success.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a competitive person by nature so all i need is the knowingness that is there is a bigger, stronger guy some where. Plus all the negative things that happen in my life i use as "fuel" to get me through thoughs tough workouts.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting on stage the first time ever. Entering the Muscletech competition.
Getting certified as a personal trainer from the national gym association.
I live in the part of the U.S where the bodybuilding and fitness industries are'nt a importance on everyday life, even though it should be. I want to recognize and thank bodyspace for giving a place to go to where health, fitness and bodybuilding is the norm and is appreciated. Its hard for...

Thank you for the comment. I'm sorry about your neck, however you are doing a great job on going back in track and keeping yourself motivated. I do eat clean well sorta, and yet I still can eat just about anything. I just really dedicated myself a lot to workout or stay in shape. Well, Hope is well. Take care and Keep up the good work!
