Goal (Long):
Every year my body and mind is not on track to where it should be or where i want it. This year 2009 things ARE going to change for me and for the sport that i love to play.
I am now training right physically and mentally. Uses advice from books, dvds and catalogues.
The reason why i am doing this is to make the New Zealand team and enjoy the sport. The competition is getting harder and more physical. Being a skinny athlete i need to build my physique.

All good. Things are ok. Body is not there yet, LOL...I didn't see you in the gym yesterday, by any chance? Anyways, hope studying is going well for ya :)
Thanks. Well, Fuel fitness is the cheapest gym here by far! (Like 1/4-1/2 the cost of ther gyms, and if you're a Massey student membership is like $70/year!). Maybe see you training sometime then, LOL
Depends when you start! It shouldn't affect you, but should assist in muscle growth (provided you're eating enough for that to happen)...Yeah, it's a good gym; got everything you need. Why? You planning on coming to Palmy this year? LOL...And yeah, I'm 'ok' with it; want it LOWER though; trying to see if I can get to 6% and maintain around 8% 'off-season'...
