Hey I wanted to wish everyone on my friends list a very Merry Christmas and you're next on the list! LOL!! So to you and yours I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
fine thanks, me and hubby going through a fat loss phase at the moment so eating clean and regularly, goal to srop at least 22 pounds and 10% bf by December
Of course I do, and I am actually feeling very down right now. I have NO energy and I am SO tired. All I can't think about is working out though. I know I will be better off going. I just keep food in me, drink an energy drink, go workout, come home and go to bed. That does it for me!
Hey! The only thing I could tell you that I have heard and tried myself (working, I think) is to incorporate 1-1.5 grms of protein per body lb and eat chicken, tuna, lean red meat, fish, and go easy on the carbs, sugar, and fat. Hope you had a great weekend!!
buy ground flax seed and start sprinkling it over everything! it tastes good. I got these tortilla wraps that are low on carbs and 0 sugar...maybe if you find some of those you can use that & cut in 1/2 and use it for breakfast burrito? mm making my mouth water thinking about it! but my b-fast is usually oatmeal with cinnamon & blueberries and 1 to 2 boiled egg whites. maybe I should go back to omelettes? lol and CILANTRO! on everything as well. love it!
well my all time weakness is spicy foods... so lately I've been adding cayenne pepper to everything! salad, omelette, fish. etc. I'm bad when it comes to eating except these past 2 weeks since I'm getting ready for my friend's wedding... but are you eating enough veggies? get them in at least for 2 meals, maybe even cucumbers to snack in between your meals as well.
