ive always been a bit on the slim side, i want some meat on these bones now. ideally, i would like to weigh in at 165 @ 8 to 9% bodyfat, and just have solid definition lines all over.

Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
pro: gets me out of the house so i dont get side tracked with something else.
con: when gas was expensive it hurt to go. i drive a 4runner and a round trip to the gym is 22 miles
What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
people who just sit on a machine or bench and talk on the phone--especially when its crowded
Do you socialize while at the gym?

I hear you man...but everything is going pretty well for the most part. Seen a lot of fat loss (which was a goal) now just working on building muscle...
