Combo of Theories
I love the book Body by Science. I believe in good form, an appropriate weight, and going slow to get to the deeper levels of your muscle. This will take your body longer to recover from, but with rest and diet, you will get great results. I also did p90x, so I enjoy the ideas of those workouts. I have two torn shoulders from playing college football, so I had to combine the two workouts while focusing on my shoulders.
