I was obese. Ugly. Unfit. Afraid of diabetes and heart disease. My friend Brian truly inspired with me with his weight loss and muscle building success. In late 2008, I decided to join the Seung-Ni Fit Club in Bay City, MI and talked to one of the owners Angie Hugo >> She gave me a lot of personalized attention when I started and I signed up for the 8 Week Body Challenge and couldnt be happier with the changes in my body and life. Recently, I moved to Louisville, KY for a job and went through a short rut until I joined Louisville Athletic Club and started a ketogenic diet. My success is continuing and now I am a frequent user of the bodybuilding.com forums.

As of 11/4/09 I am 209 lbs down from 330 for a total weight loss of 121 pounds since July 2005.
