I was obese. Ugly. Unfit. Afraid of diabetes and heart disease. My friend Brian truly inspired with me with his weight loss and muscle building success. In late 2008, I decided to join the Seung-Ni Fit Club in Bay City, MI and talked to one of the owners Angie Hugo >> She gave me a lot of personalized attention when I started and I signed up for the 8 Week Body Challenge and couldnt be happier with the changes in my body and life. Recently, I moved to Louisville, KY for a job and went through a short rut until I joined Louisville Athletic Club and started a ketogenic diet. My success is continuing and now I am a frequent user of the bodybuilding.com forums.
Why I Love It:
I love knowing every workout is another small body transformation..it makes you feel incredible with all kinds of energy, and its lots of fun once you take accountability for your own success.
How I Stay Motivated:
I weigh myself often and every pound lost is a victory and every ounce gained a defeat until I get my body fat percentage down where I want it to be (Around 10%).
BB Accomplishments:
As of 11/4/09 I am 209 lbs down from 330 for a total weight loss of 121 pounds since July 2005.

So much weight lost. Such a fantastic transformation. I'm curious what your lower waist looks like compared to mine from the weight loss. Loose skin sucks! I hate it!
