Background

HOW I STARTED:

I first started working out just out of high school. I have worked out off and on for many years, but more off than on. It's time to really get serious now, and try to make up for lost time.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It really does make feel better after working out. And knowing that with consistant working out, I'll look alot better too, is quite a good feeling too.

Captain Ahab I wish you success in your body transformation. Always challenge yourself to do the best that you can do. Combine a very good nutrition plan with weightlifting and cardio and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they occur. I look forward to watching your progress.
