I use to be pretty lean and I took body building seriously. Since I grew up watching Dorian Yates get bigger and bigger, I always wanted to have the same dedication. Life set in, I started to party and going to clubs, Well, its time to get re-focused!

This was at my leanest. I was about 12% BF. Lacked size but i was happy. About 180-185 lbs.
Here im one month into training. 200 pounds. BF unknown.
One month into training now. I feel a hellified better thats for sure. Progress is okay. I am starting to loose some major BF now. I have my stupid diest of tuna and shakes to thank for that. Starting next week I am going to lift Mon Wed Fri and do cardio Tues and Fri. I having a hard...

Hey Trapper... thanks for the encouragement. I’m really hoping to meet my goal by this spring. I’m excited to run Tubb’s -- the treadmill just isn’t as fun as the outdoors. Are you enjoying all the snow?
