How I Started:
Finished high school at 5'10 and 59kg. Grew up in the 80's and loved Anrold Schwarzenegger, Jean-Claude Van Damme , Dolph Lundgren, Mike Tyson and Bruce Lee! I guess i wanted to be like them!
Why I Love It:
I play competitive sport.. the gym keeps me fit and strong, helps prevent injuries! other than that i love the feeling after a tough workout!
How I Stay Motivated:
Increase lean muscle mass and improved sports performance!

Thank you :) Way to think, I had aggrevated my right deltiod 2weeks ago, just refocused my training to other parts. The rest did it good, I will start working out back, sholders, chest, next week again, can't wait. Have a great day, happy training :) Amber
