How I Started: I once worked out all the time, then I started getting lazy and gained weight. I want to look good again, and I want people to wish they looked like me.
Why I Love It: It makes me feel good and I love seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated: Tell myself that if I don't run that last 10 mins or do that last set, I'll get fat and will not be able to fit into my skinny jeans.
BB Accomplishments: Tone my body, get back a 6 pac and be able to squat my own weight plus.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Be able to run for a full 20 minutes without stopin'
Goal (Long): I want to have a 6 pac and a great body. I want to be toned and to look really good. I want people to look at me and wish they could look like me. I want to be in better health and eventually stop smoking. I would eventually like to be able to squat my own weight plus.

well first thinks for adding me and hello. i work out on 34 on mondays ,tuesday fridays and if i am not to tired sometime on the weekends. i usaul go after work that around 5:30 or 6 pm when i get thier. well if i see you there i`ll introduce myself . so the one on 50th is it ok ?
