Fit Status:
Ok so I just went down in body fat by .4 % and I am not dieting..Not sure what is going on with my body..I slowed down on the cardio as well
joined the gym one day..already had a little knowledge of body building..I was mainly a powerlifter till now..Learned a lot from the gym owner..he taught me the in's and out's of working out and eating..the rest is up to you..
Why I Love It:
I am a marine and I think its good to know what your body can actually do..how far can u push your body till it fails..this doenst apply so much with the bodybuilding, but it does in a sense..It just makes me feel good..I've done it for so long I feel like I have to go to the gym everyday..Keep in mind that rest in the most important aspect to training..
How I Stay Motivated:
stay set on my goals..you will have bad days, but what you do with those days is what makes the difference..thinking positive is always good.. Stay Motto

Goal (Long):
I have always looked up to the bigger guys that I have been around..I am in the military and I dont really have the time to get bigger anymore bc of my training. So I am just here to meet some good people and possibly learn a bit..Thanks for visiting my page..Chris Stay Motto!
She is motivated, dedicated and very goal oriented. For someone her age this is very hard to find. Its one thing to have all these great aspects in life and its another to know what you are actually doing. Its hard for me to keep going in this industry right now bc of the Marine Corps, but knowing and seeing someone like her keeps me motivated. Good Job Aubrie!!
Shoulders
Shoulders are a very unique group of muscles. I feel that the Shoulders are what make your upper body look great. There are so many different exercises for them as well. INTENSITY!!!!
Shoulder Press/3x12/SS W/ Upright Rows no less than 10 reps.

Thanks a lot for beliving in me=)I guess some things are the same and some are different. I think Bodybuilding and fitness are more popular and accepted in US, over here a lot of people dont like when you stand out to much, there`s a lot of jealousy and envy. But not everyone of course, there is a lot of nice people to. And we have really short summers and long cold winters haha, but i love the summers here, everything comes to life and its really beautiful!

Yup! I think he's almost halfway done. I found a picture of him yesterday on the internet and he has lost a lot of weight. That's great but it puts more pressure on me to lose weight :( haha oh well.
ohhh MAN i know!!I need some serious motivation... i had 3 months off work (not by choice) i moved house and in a nutshell CBF (which i'm sure u know what that means) finally got a job last week and starting to feeling good again, so i'm hoping to bump that motivation scale upward and get back on the wagon...thanks for the little kick up the ass :P
You know it is nice to get a little substance in a comment - it adds some depth to the usual greetings :) You have a sense of humor too. thank you for the good wishes - I'll take it to heart - I was just cleared to resume normal workouts after 6 weeks of physical therapy from a car accident, so I will definitely be happy to be back to my regular training.
