How I Started:
A friend talked me into joining the gym that he belonged to. The rest is history!
Why I Love It:
I love it because when I am finished know matter how tough of a day I had I ALWAYS feel better after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends at the gym, results, and my beautiful wife (Bodyspace: mkschuette) help keep me motivated.

These are all small local contests and competitions but they have helped keep me motivated and are a lot of fun.

Front and Side. Finally noticing some shrinking in the love handles and my "man boobs" along with seeing some more of the waist line. Gaining a little definition in my legs and shoulders.

Thanks! I'm so excited that I'm already seeing a noticable change so fast. Just goes to show how horibly I was treating my body. I know everyone says they seem to lose a lot of weight at first then plateau, but I hope I can just keep my new "habits"
