Fixing yourself for the future
When I decided to take up the transformation challenge, I did it with one intention - to improve myself. Not just to improve my ability to lift weight, or to lower my bodyfat, but to lower all of me and the way I go about my daily life.
And though I have a strong motivation to do this for myself, I'm also motivated to do it for people in my future - that they not need deal with my old "not best self."
