I take Six Star Testosterone Booster every morning and night. Creatine X3 Elite Series after every workout.

Every morning I wake up I make a smoothey which includes the following:

1 Cup Fat Free Milk

1 raw egg white

1 raw whole egg

1 tbsp of Peanut Butter

1 banana

1  scoop of Whey Protein 

This all blended together makes an awesome moning smoothey.

mjtfitness Thanks for the add Terry. If you just started out I would do a 3 day split of Legs/Shoulders, Back and Bi's, and Chest and Tri's. Remember...You don't grow in the gym. Train hard and short. Take whey before and after workouts. Eat every 3 hours. Nov 30, 2012 4:37pm
