soory i haven't replied to your comment. when i'm on here i update my stats and get off. so far my weight loss is going slow, but i'm still working at it. i haven't made much progress, but i've re-dedicated myself to my goal. i'll have some pics soon.

my arms look the worse... but thanks for the compliment ;-) I been training off and on for 8 years i think.. i lose track, lol. i have taken a long break though from training.

My legs are naturally big...lol. But to cut them up, I do train them at least once a week. Lots of leg extensions and the leg press machine.
