How I Started:
I started to get serious with working out and weight training in my 20's then in my 30's got into running...5k,10k,1/2 marathon,full marathon and Ultra Marathon! NOW I want to get LEAN,build muscle and gain strength!
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel when I am finished working out! It's a great accomplishment
When I don't work out I am miserable!!
I love that people at any age can totally transform their physique with hard work in the gym and a clean diet!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading anything I can on fitness,weight training and clean eating.This site is amazing!There are several other women on this site that are very motivating!
