I'd like to think how much quicker results would come, but in reality, I drop a good amount of weight during my weekdays. That's cool you got a new found appreciation for calf training. Odd though. As for the O - a friend is having her bday the weekend before, so I'm gonna see if she'd be down to do it the same weekend as the O. If she doesn't, I'm completely down for Vegas 2x in a row. hehe
cutting does suck, cos I can't control myself over the weekends. no mood swings though, even on my lowest of low-carb days.

no doubt playa...it looks like you've put into alot of wrench time and seem to know what your doing (looks like you had a good amount of lean mass). I have no doubt that just cleaning up your diet and paying attention to what you eat will really help you bring it to the next level. Alot of people cut with virtually no mass so I'd expect to see some serious results with what you've done...good work playa
