Being a mother of 3 wonderful children, I find going to the gym gives me the energy I need to keep up. when I workout I feel good and thus my happiness spills on to my family. So it is a circle i love to be in.

Goal (Long):
i am not sure yet about body fat % and such, also even about how much weight i need to loose. I am just letting the Klemczewski team do that for me.
She always has a big smile, very easy to talk to. Was one of the first people on here to welcome me.
I feel like she is a great asset to the sport of fitness, because of her passion for life, her enthusiasm for learning and her always encouraging words and positive attitude.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
cons, I can never get a spotter cause the ladies that go there only chat with each other. Pros , i get allot of time with all the equipment cause the ladies are all chatting lol

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
a large free weight area with mirrors, and benches. The db small around handle so they dont strain my little hands. I was it clean and plenty of staff. Newer equipment and a friendly atmosphere. What bicep workout has worked best for you?
lots of reps, alternating curls, standing easy bar curls
So i have made , what I think is good progress on my body. The only problem i have is that i cant seem to get any definition in one of my calves. Any advice would be great
Well, if you can point me in the direction of how to lose body fat, weight, and maintain muscle mass (or increase it) while still looking lean and being as flexible as I am now! haha...that's a lot! =) After I had my son three years ago, I must say that I don't like parts of my body anymore...I know I am hard on myself...but I have to look at myself in a mirror for six hours a day. =) What I have been doing is not working and I am looking for a better solution.
