The pregnancy is going well. I did lose muscle in the beginning from lack of exercise and low protein (protein and my stomach didn't agree with eachother) so I'm more "skinnyfat" like now. But my belly looks great still.. I don't mind it at all. 21 weeks now.

I did not get any bloating from ragnarok caff. free. I only took 1 scoop at a time, and workout days only.

Diet's very important on a cut, because it will help you keep your lean body mass. A lot of people prefer doing a low carb diet (which will be more effective), but I always do a 45% carb/30%protein/25% fat diet, and that works fine for me. I've found with counting calories I can keep more LBM and lose fat better. I use www.nutridiary.com for tracking.
