How I Started:
I started with lifting in the offseason for football in high school and have been goin on and off ever since.
Why I Love It:
When I actually stick to it I can see the changes whether its in the way I look, or just the amount of weight i can put up.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's been hard for me to stay motivated in the past, but I look at my dad and realize that the problems he has right now are because of his weight and not staying in shape.
So I'm 2 days into my new workout, and obviously, after not having lifted seriously in a while, im sore as hell lol. but with eating better, sticking to my routine, and actually having goals set....gotta say I'm feeling better than I ever have.
