Tendinitis is subsiding, rotator cuff is slowly progressing. So, it's time to do this '180' I've been talkin bout. Going to 180 lbs and "AIN'T NO STOPPIN' US NOW. WE ON THE MOVE!""

Review: Love it! No jitters...improved mood and motivation.
Cycled off for two weeks. Thought I would try Hot Rox. But, I think I want to stay with Meltdown for a while and let it keep working.

Review: (5/20/08 - 7/14/08)
Minimize muscle breakdown while trying to lose fat.
Discontinued due to product expiration date. (which means I wasn't taking it all that regularly, right)
Taste was pretty good. Not sure it was all that effective...probably my fault.

Review: After taking VPX Meltdown for awhile, I think regular Hot Rox just isn't strong enough for my system at the suggested dosage.
I'm back to VPX Meltdown. But, I have a full bottle of Hot Rox Extreme that I will try sometime before it expires (during one of my off cycles of Meltdown).

Review: I used egg protein based on my early knowledge of protein supplements. Now that I better understand the various types, absorption stats, and benefits, I focus more on whey supps. I am working on finding a more complete protein strategy now.
