teronlupdated Motivation Level to 5/10 and said: "Still suffering from hand and shoulder problems!"
This was my original "before" photo when I tried to start before. A lot was going on, so I fell off the wagon quickly.
I consider these shots the start of my focus on abs. Been doin' em, but hadn't been my focus. No upper-body weights due to injury right now. So, they should start to pop soon. (198 lbs)

Goal (Long):
I want to get my cholesterol down further out of the borderline range. Doc was pretty impressed at my last annual physical! YEA!
I'm still recovering from tendinitis in my right thumb and now starting to see signs of inflammation in my left thumb, due to compensation for the past 9 months. So, this Palm Treo is getting plenty of rest now!
I tore my rotator cuff doing pull-ups while compensating for my right hand injury. So, I need to heal that while not letting myself go.
Overall, I'm still just looking for modest goals...general health and body transformation. But, I miss the internal satisfaction I was getting from steady progress.
