How I Started:
I have always been into working out but I joined a really cool gym and they have opened my eyes to bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Gives me a sense of self accomplishment and makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing other people in the gym giving it there all. Cranking up the music!

At this time a year ago I was well on my way to a great body and then winter came along and I lost motivation. I just started hitting the gym hard now for a couple of weeks, I am eating clean and following a strict diet. I hope to lose 20 lbs in the next two months and get to a competition level. My goal is to get to about 15% body fat by September!

Nice. I was born int he Twin Cities actually and spent the first 4 years of my life in Inver Grove Heights just outside them. Though I rarely admit it to anyone.....Madison is a very fun city....

Nice-its a great state. When are you moving back? Bulking is good. But then again, I'm always bulking. And stealing cars. Its more of a hobby than anything....
