I found this schedule on this website and like it so far:
Day 1: Chest, shoulders, tri's, abs
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Back, bi's, abs
Day 4: REST
Day 5: Repeat of day 1
Day 6: Repeat of day 2
Day 7: Repeat of day 3
Day 8: REST
Doing cardio about 5x a week. HIIT running: 30 seconds at 8mph and 30 seconds at 6mph...repeat for 3 miles, then a cool down jog. I also do kickboxing and TaeBo or anything to mix it up. |
