I actually looked better Thurs, 2 days before. I overcarbed Thurs evening and Fri and looked smooth on Sat. That is the last time I listen to male bodybuilders for advice! I definitely learned (the hard way) from my experience. Hopefully I will come in harder next time! |

I'm glad I competed... I was glad I got in the top 5 but I feel I should have placed at least 2nd or 3rd. Not to sound cocky but I definitely looked tighter and more muscular than 2 of the girls that placed ahead of me. Oh well, it was a learning experience and I had fun! I did some poses wrong and I believe that is where I messed up. |
