I started at home, walking/running up and down hills, doing small amounts of weight with home-equipment, and lots and lots of abs. About 2 years later, I joined a gym, got a trainer, became addicted, then became a trainer myself!
Why I Love It:
I love what it's done for me- increased confidence levels, muscular defintition, lowers stress, and now it has gotten me into figure competition!
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting ready for competition definitely keeps you motivated, but even in the off season, I enjoy going to the gym and burning off some of the foods I like to indulge in!

yep, this is my last year of eligibilty tho....ya, it's pretty tough, don't have much time to do ne thing else other than school and studying. i've finished my chem classes, but physics is kicking my ass, lol... I thought about doing nutrition, but decided on going to school for 4 more years to be a Physical Therapist, what was I thinking? lol How do u like being a nutritionist?
