Background
I got started working out my first year in college after gaining the "freshman 15". My first summer at home, I joined a Gold's Gym and started working out with a trainer. The next year in college, I changed my major to Kinesiology and a double minor in Nutrition and Health Science. I went on to get 4 certifications from The Cooper Institute to personal train and teach aerobics, which I do on the side of my full time job.
I love working out to keep healthy, reduce stress, love the way it makes me look and feel, and enjoy talking to others about fitness and helping them get in shape and be healthy.
