I got started working out my first year in college after gaining the "freshman 15". My first summer at home, I joined a Gold's Gym and started working out with a trainer. The next year in college, I changed my studies to Kinesiology, Nutrition and Health Science. I have 4 certifications from The Cooper Institute to personal train and teach aerobics, which I do on the side.
Why I Love It:
I love working out to keep healthy, reduce stress, love the way I look and feel, and enjoy talking to others and helping them get in shape and be healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by keeping my fitness goals in mind of entering a figure competition one day, personal training my clients, reading info on BB.com and my Oxygen Magazines!
Mon - Shoulders, abs and 30 min. cardio
Tues - Legs and abs
Wed - Back, abs and 30 min. cardio
Thurs - 45 min. cardio and abs
Fri - Arms and 30 min. cardio
Sat - Legs and abs
Sun - OFF or make-up day
