Rela89 Yup, I know of Layne. Well, his program is similar to Lee Hayward, working each muscle group 2x a week, but of course the excerises you perform are different. Well, I wish you the best luck on it, and tell me how it goes! Any program will work as long as you keep your calorie intake above maintenance Mar 18, 2011 11:46am

Rela89 Sups while trying to gain mass?!?! YOU CAN EAT ALL THE CARBS YOU WANT BEFORE LIFTING! No need for additional energy lol. It's best to try and switch your routine every 4 weeks...try le hayward's 12 week program. I did it during my bulk and increased my strength like crazy on it! Or the 20 quat program, if you're lactose tolerant. And don't challenge me to a tennis match. I played USTA tennis and here at college (varsity)...don't try and mess with me ;P Mar 17, 2011 12:47pm

Please share with me how you have transformed your body without grunting or banging weights around. I hope to one day be as buff as you minus the leggins.
