When I Started:
How I Started: As an athlete, I started working out my 9th grade year of high school. From there I fell in love with it and learned the importance of staying healthy
Why I Love It: I love the feeling after working out. I also love the feeling of accomplishment while your doing it, and when you finish.
How I Stay Motivated: That is something I lack. Up through college I had coaches to motivate me. Now, I am struggling a little on that and need some advice.

i had a great relaxing weekend. trained hard at the boxing gym friday night and then took the whole weekend to just rest, relax and be lazy lol. how was your weekend beautiful?
