Tired of being skinny,and always wanted to be big, and needed a way to boost my self-esteem, so lifting weights was ideal.
Why I Love It:
A great productive way to focus my energy and frustrations! Plus seeing results and getting compliments from friends and lovely ladies is a very enjoyable!
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding.com, Muscle and Fitness, my peeps on BBing.com, seeing my own progress, and see the progress of others.
I've always wanted to have a better body and now that I finally have the determination to do it, It will Happen! I'd like to be 190 - 200lbs around 10% body fat and eventually compete.
whats up bro? It's been going pretty good. I'm out of school for the summer, So I have a lot more time to train. Been getting in about 2-2:30 Hrs of working out in 4-5 days a week. How's it been going for you?
Thanks bro.3 weeks left.I am gettig really lean but i am sadden by the fact that I havent gained a bit of muscle.I dont know what i did wrong.Anyway hows your training going.
sounds good bro, im competing in september this year, 2 and a half months away. ive started my cut and im hoping to get as ripped as humanly possible lol. so why august? is that a personal goal for you? Nik.
it's going...but off and on...you have made some major progress. Keep it up!!! I'll put some new pics and info up in a week or two... after the Noxplode I haven't been able to workout since....well not as well as I had. THanks for the comment....keep the iron close!!!

Placed 4th in Junior middle , i showed up and weighed in right at the cutoff for middle to heavy , even though i have improved each show/year i looked good but the three others looked better.
Masters i didn't place big class, old school boys , so my plan is to do my cage fight at 185 then look for a show nearby since ill be more cut up for the fight since i have more diet time. Will keep you posted , hope all is well on your end also.
Hey man, I noticed that we both have goals that are set to be reached at the end of July. I'm looking for an accountability partner for training, you know someone to kick you the butt and push toward that goal. Interested?
nahhh. don't think i'm gonna do a marathon 4 a while. i just love running. it is the best feeling when i just run. maybe a marathon during december/january. would like to try it 1 day. thanks 4 the idea.
