How I Started:
i have been interested in working out since i was 10 or so, always wanted to have a good body. did some lifting on and off through out high school and college, but ifinally got serious in 2005, but due to moved and traveling it has been an on-and-off lifestyle. i am hoping to stay consistent and not have any sudden life changes in 2009!

I want to compete in 2010.
Goal (Long):
I got back in the gym in late January. Got the training down and I finally started getting my diet in order in June. After my first succesful cut (8lbs loss in 4 weeks) I am starting my first succesful bulk. I will be alternating 4 week cuts with 6 week bulks. The overall goal is to gain quality size and not put on too much fat. I will compete in 2010 in a natural show!

Current Routine - June 2009

"Show Time Workout" - got it from Muscle and Fitness

3 day split done twice a week. All super sets between 1 and 4 super sets per bodypart with 2 - 4 sets per exercise.

In addition short 7 - 11 min cardio intervals are after each body part, for a total of 3...

Eh, it's going alright. My body's metabolism has caught up with my bulking and I am starting to lose weight. My strength is still going up though and thats more of what matters. How about your workouts?

I am almost done with my 5th bottle of it, and I am planning to buy two more this week. I like it a lot. It tastes alright by itself, but I mix it with waxy maize and a strawberry/banana amino acid blend and it makes it taste really good. It is worth trying, but give it two bottles worth before deciding if it works for you or not.

All the hard work is starting to pay off, I hit 212 a few days ago!!! Clothes are getting tight and almost all of my jeans are getting too tight to wear. I plan on doing two shows next year, Chattanooga and Murfreesboro. In the mean time my 24/7 goal is to get as big and strong as possible. I want to seperate myself from everyone and just be on another level. Training has been improving and I have been consistent and focused. Feeling good right now!

Muscle juice has cow test in it raizes your test level just as strong as the steriod be careful check you blood presure time to time alot of this stufff is not FDA approved look at hydro cuts seven boy with iver and kidney failure i think four died
