Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?

Yes
What is it?
I have asthma but I won't use that as an excuse to skip working out.
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
the more I workout the better I get. Cardio is a bit tough, so I need to improve my conditioning.

i've been a member there for over 9 years, i love it there. i like the facility, the equipment and the hours and we don't have the kiddos running around there like the y. :)

You can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program.
