To completely revamp my diet and stop making the same mistakes over and over again. I hope to get down to at least 195lbs. Not really sure how long it will take but I definately want to reach my goals this time. I want to increase my upper body strenght but mostly my stamina and cardio. I would love to be able to run 5 to 7 miles a day by the end of the year.

Im tired of being overweight. I hope to lose this gut of mine and get fit. Any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated I plan on working out at the Y in Lexington so if anyone ever need a partner thats where I'll be...Off to the gym I go...Wish me luck
i've been a member there for over 9 years, i love it there. i like the facility, the equipment and the hours and we don't have the kiddos running around there like the y. :)
You can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort.
