Long Story short: I used to be an athlete then ruptured ligaments in my shoulder which led to becoming very FAT. I was depressed, drinking, and generally just unhappy. One day I woke up, glanced in the mirror like I had 10,000 mornings before, and saw myself for the first time. I've been in the gym ever since.
Why I Love It:
Why wouldn't you love Bodybuilding is the real question.

Lately I've been doing a 4 day split (M, T, TH, F) of weights for about 45 minutes followed by 30-40 minutes of LOW intensity cardio. I usually do two to three exercises of 4 sets (6-10 reps) per body part. My weight loss has slowed a little bit but I've been having pretty good results using...

Hey Buddy, yeah I was wandering what the lack of internet activity was about. I figure you were just bonin 24/7. Iv been great man, 3 more weeks of college, training is going very well and looking forward to the summer. Im taking the sensible 1.5-2lbs a week weight loss approach now, and its working, surprisingly, with not too much effort, so thats awesome. Hows everything on your end?
So abdominal veins, veins running from bicep to shoulder thorough chest and comments such as "his arms are bigger than my legs." I think that sums up my training in a nutshell. Hows it going pomdoom?

Haha, dude Dec 26 is when my body transformation ends, the woman arrives Dec 27, Im out buddy. Gonna take my annual 2-3 week break and then kick in some bulking beginning end of Jan and probably do a 4-2 clean cycle. Best of luck though.

That cuts it down to two more cycles before the woman arrives, the layer of fat around the midsection is slowly disappearing. Will have to wait and see if it all goes according to plan.
Sucks to hear about the cold dude, thats a real bummer. Ill post some photos this week so keep your eyes open. I expect to see some progress from you soon. As for now, Im off to the gym, second time that is, I have been eating like a pig and feel I owe it to myself to go again!!
