Well , we have to face the truth that we cant eat pizza and burgers all the time and look like a competing bodybuilder all year around:=) If you want something wherever that is, you will do what you have to do to get it! Right?;)Have a nice day.

You got an overall good condition, especially abs!! They are better than the average competetive bodybuilder. I could sure use some tip from you? Are you really 52? look like 25!
