Very simple supplementation: 1. Protien 2. Multi-vitiman 3. Creatine 4. fish oil 5. Green tea (while cutting only)
Protein 3 scoops per day. No special brand I just make sure the protein content is at least 75% of the calories.
Multi-vitamin: No special brand. They all do something but are not all perfect.
Creatine: Just started on this 4/1/13. So far the uptake is good muscles got fuller and I didn't even have to work to gain the fullness (no brainer), haven’t noticed the strength gains yet.
Fish oil: Healthy fat reduces inflammation
Green Tea: Fat burner like this stuff because it’s a cheap burn however when you get off it you may feel lethargic.

Workout same time everday gets me waking up with something fun to look forward to.
The reason I started this blog is so you can all help me stay accountable to my goals. I dont mind feedback, both positive and negitive, so please feel free to comment and let me know where you see my weaknesses and strengths. I've never blogged before so i'm not even sure im doing this right...~TK
