Being a ecto, and having 2 sever medical conditions all my life has put me into a rock and a hard place! That place being "skinny" & "weak"! But im still looking ahead as I WILL transform to being "thick" & "strong"!
Main goal is to be at roughly 170ish pds of lean mass and as far as lifting is to be able to flat bench 225pds
And for looks, well what everyone else wants.... To look "good".................
