Things are cool with me. Not a millionare yet, give me a couple of months though. I'm in my 4th week of OTA's, so I'm feeling kinda good and kinda sore. But I know it will pay off once it's time to strap up.

Hi P! Just wanted to stop by to show some luv. Lol. I switched up my benching routine last night. Now I'm doing incline. I'm extremely sore! But I can feel it targeting the different areas of my upper body so its all good.Lol. I'm working lower body today. We'll see how it goes. Anyway, I hope your having an awesome week and have a great weekend. :+)

Thanks P! That means alot. Your very kind :+) I've been pushing the limits(just like yourself) :+) I know what you mean. I wish I had an exciting story to tell. But not much going on.LOl. Just work and training. Work is busy as usual. My training has been going really well. Been taking spin classes to change up my cardio workouts. Its really been helping to build my stamina. :+)
