What up brotha?! Finally gettig around to my commnts, was out for a bit. Hope all is well on your end. As far as the controlled labs stack went yes I loved it but now on Cellucor and lovin this stack as well!!
as long as you take in enough protein(about 80% from food, 20% shakes), and eat enough carbs and calories, you can train as hard as you want and your body will recover. Trey Brewer said "you can never overtrain, you can only undereat"..thats a 100% true:)
hey man! i only count when i go up to ~17 reps/bodypart, then i go up in weight 5-10 pounds. this way i get the most out of a weight/rep ratio. wish you the best!
For me, I have learned that a split routine and training the muscles once a week works best for me. Honestly, the biggest thing I have learned in that past year or so is that diet, more than anything else, is the key to building a better body. Hopes this answers your question.
yes it is by far one of the most potent formulas. I highly suggest it but do not buy it from GNC they rip u off buy it off online or from a discount store. Make sure u follow the directions exatly 4 best results and drink a **** load of water. But yes superpump 250 is great stuff. good luck bro
lol... =] i actually eat an off brand at smiths(a store over here in utah) it's badass though- it's lower in sugar, carbs, and calories too. i'll find the brand for you!
yeah.. got sick for 3 weeks. then my gf of a year broke up with me right after.
****ed up my head. then went back to the gym and lost some strength. been doing good though now. cant get 405 up again but im hoving around 385lbs. body weight dropped from 197 to about 190.
