No problem man..just ask whenever!...umm.. to bulk up i eat more carbs...in fact i was eating 400gs to 500gs a day...i keep the whey protein year round and use creatine before and after workout..that is basically it.. next time i bulk up tho i think im gonna keep the cardio 30mins in the morning and depending on how things go lower the amount of carbs a bit..i think i got too much bodyfat this last time..but imma see how it goes...good luck on ur goals!
7 pounds ! thats good man! thats usually what creatin gives to u anyways! lol im thinking about using lipo-6 im having some problem on cuttin fat! i may change my workout tomorrow for 6x6, working out a muscle at day and using low carb + cardio 30mins of HIIT
